I’m Maureen Mills.
I’m a mom of 3, a Pediatric nurse of 25+ years, and a Board Certified Lactation Consultant…and I am here to help.
Let’s be real… Parenthood is hard! And I have been in your exact shoes. My first child was fussy, not sleeping, and not gaining weight. I felt like a failure. I was overly tired, depressed, and in need of a change.
My own mother dragged me to a newborn support group and it changed everything. It was life-changing when I got the newborn advice and emotional help I needed.
So I founded The Baby Pro to help! Just like I needed help all those years ago.

About Me
I’m Brittany Mills.
I’m a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of The Baby Pro.
My journey into newborn care started early—working in pediatrics during nursing school and quickly falling in love with the world of infant health. After graduation, I spent four years as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse, caring for the tiniest and most vulnerable babies and supporting families through some of their most challenging days.
But I knew I wanted to be there not just in the hospital, but beyond. I went back to school to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Now, I work in a pediatric office seeing newborns and children of all ages, but my heart is always drawn to supporting new parents during those early, overwhelming weeks.
I co-founded The Baby Pro because I believe every parent deserves support that’s compassionate and tailored to their unique family. Whether you’re navigating feeding questions, sleep challenges, or just looking for a little reassurance, I’m here to help.
